Dr. Karen Griffin has a special research interest in manhood and womanhood, spiritual and character development, preaching and its impact on family violence, as well as developing Bible-based-life-centered Christian education materials. Of her many publications, the most significant are African American Manhood Development: Contemporary Life Lessons for Leaders, James P. Griffin Jr., co-author; and “So We Rebuilt the Wall” and Those Preaching Women.
