Dear ITC Community:
In an effort to serve you better, the information below outlines the best possible way to reach ITC’s Help Desk.
- For help with technical matters or self-service: send an email to email@example.com or call 404.527.5701, (press Option #1 if the BlueWave auto-attendant)*.
- For service requests, click here: online Service Request form, complete it and click “Submit”. One of our staff members will respond accordingly. Service requests include hardware, software, phone installation, etc.
- For Moodle support: Our help desk will assist you with logging into the system and making sure that students can see their classes under the “My Courses” section. Additional requests for assistance should be directed to the professor teaching the course. For more details, please visit http://moodle.itc.edu.
*Persons contacting our staff directly via personal cell phones or otherwise, will be kindly redirected to one of the options listed above. Using any other approach may cause a delay in processing. In the event the auto-attendant picks up, BlueWave Computing engineers serve as our backup covering the phones on our behalf during normal business hours. Please do not contact other departments outside of the Office of Strategic IT for technical assistance such as the Registrar’s Office and others.
