Course Evaluations
Please find the course on the list below and click on the link to enter the evaluation. In order to fill out an evaluation, you must obtain an access code form the course instructor. The access code is used to make sure every student has access to a single evaluation for each class they attend. The evaluations are anonymous and the access code your are given is not associated with the data you submit.
It is important that you take the time to fill out the evaluations so we can continue to make improvements. The evaluation should only take a few minuets.
Due to a computer failure with the company that host our online evaluations, the Fall 2007 evaluations were lost. We have reopened the Fall 2007 evaluations so students can go back and fill out evaluations for classes they attended during the Fall 2007 Semester!
