Vice President for Administrative Services

Kevin D. Stewart, Ed.D

A native of Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Kevin D. Stewart assumed the role of Vice President for Administrative Services in June 2011. As the Vice President for Administrative Services, Dr. Stewart provides administrative and infrastructure support to enhance the educational environment at the Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC).  He is responsible for the offices of human resources, institutional effectiveness, strategic information technology, campus safety and security, plant management, auxiliary services including (mail service, dining service and the print and design center) and the ITC’s Certificate Program. Dr. Stewart has a wealth of higher education experience including both faculty and administration. Previously, he served as the Vice President for Institutional Advancement and Institutional Effectiveness for Concordia College-Selma and as the Assistant Vice President for Institutional Advancement and Institutional Research for Edward Waters College.

Dr. Stewart received his masters of human services degree from Lincoln University and a doctorate of education degree in higher education administration from Morgan State University. Dr. Stewart completed his post-doctorate studies in higher education management at Harvard University, Graduate School of Education.
