Documentation submitted to the Office of Financial Aid (OFA) via drop-off, mail, fax, or electronic submission becomes the property of OFA upon submittal. Students and families are advised of the following:
- Maintain a copy of ALL documents submitted for personal records.
- Email or fax documents to OFA.
- Copy machines are not available in the Office of Financial Aid.
All documents submitted to OFA will become OFA property and will not be released or copied in accordance with FERPA regulations. Documentation that is submitted without prior request and/or is deemed unnecessary in determining student aid eligibility will be destroyed by OFA after a period of 10 business days.
